In 2018 the Insolvency Service commenced proceedings against the convict, Scott Dylan (aka Reece Dylan and various other names.)
The case is rolling on several years later. When asked to explain how Dylan, now in prison, has been allowed a seven-year window of opportunity to create further victims, the Insolvency Service had this useless ‘get out’ email below.
