Loyal readers will know that the Dame has fought hard against Inc and Dylan(in prison); Mason hiding out in Barcelona and Antrobus in Dublin.

Worse was the behaviour of Google. It sided with Dylan knowing he was in jail and facing a further trial when released.
Makinson ran HR; Hatfield did the books and Shaw the deals. The Dame will now take time to examine their precise roles and how deeply they were involved in the activities leading to misery for the many victims. The Dame has relentlessly tried to get Makinson to open up without luck: she keeps schtum! Anyone working for Inc at senior levels is in media sights.
As for the three Manchester-based “entrepreneurs”….they were sentenced to jail terms for contempt of court but questions remain as to how their activities remained unchecked over a prolonged period. The major court case starts soon and it will be interesting to see who turns up. The sad part of all this are the vast number of victims. The latest are staff at Baldwins Travel bought with money taken from Barclays and which was transferred offshore by the trio.
Judge Rajah handed down sentences of 22 months jail time to Scott Dylan, Dave Antrobus and Jack Mason after ruling contempt of court for moving business assets offshore in breach of a freezing order granted to Barclays Bank.
The bank further alleges they are the victims of a £13.7m theft.
Sentencing Judge Rajah said “all three have lied to the Court on a prolific scale”.
