Leaseholders and tenants of Notting Hill Genesis are wearying of the constant staff turnover. On a weekly basis staff come and go….it’s like an estate agency but then as the CE ran an estate agency no great surprise

It is like this in every local authority housing department and housing association.
K&C Housing was highly toxic before the Grenfell Tower fire. What have Councillors done to make sure that the bullying of staff and tenants has been stamped out?
The councillors have sat on their arses and done nothing to improve things in the Housing Department.
Councillors? They’re just in it for themselves! It doesn’t matter whether they are Tory, Labour, Lib Dem, or Your Party, they just want their monthly stipend. They’ve never done anything for me.
Does anyone know which Councillors are seeking re-election?
Queen Emma of St. Mark’s Road has said that she is standing for election.
I am surprised that EDC is seeking re-election. The voters of Kensington and Bayswater subjected to her a humiliating defeat in 2024. Reform got more votes than she did and kept their deposit. EDC blew £58,000 plus and lost her deposit.
EDC declared in The Guardian,
“My socialism is Corbyn’s socialism…..”
So there we have it. Corbyn’s socialism is distinctly Marxist, Anti- Jewish and supplemented with a strong dose of Black Identity Politics. Kensington and Bayswater decided it was not for them in 2024, will St Helen’s Ward voters do the same?
Corbyn refused to confirm or deny that he is a Marxist on Andrew Marr’s BBC TV programme in 2019. He said, “I am thinking about that.” Well he has had over fifty years to make up his mind about that and he tried to con us all. He is clearly a Marxist. Everyone knows it.
EDC says, she is not Marxist which cannot be squared with her claim of “My socialism is Corbyn’s Socialism.” She is not convincing or even a good advocate Black Identity Politics.
Does anyone know which ward EDC is standing in this time? She might stand in Notting Dale. Will they ditch her? I am not so sure because “Black Identity politics” goes down well there.
If Reform puts up a candidate in the ward in which EDC decides to stand, they will hoover up the votes of the disgruntled Labour voting working classes who dislike Starmer, illegal immigration, & ECHR interference in UK national politics.
The police originally stated that it would take them until 2027 to assess all of the evidence about the Grenfell Tower so that they could decide if any Housing Officials, Councillors or Contractors should be charged in connection with the death of 72 people at Grenfell Tower. Notwithstanding the delay in the Inquiry Report being published, have the police now confirmed that they are still working on the Grenfell fire case to determine possible individual criminal liability by a specified deadline date?
Has anyone been interviewed under caution about the Grenfell refurbishment, the fire and the loss of life?
I wonder if the Councillors who were on the TMO Board at the time of the Memoli Report’s publication may have breached the trust vested in them as Public Office Holders by deliberately failing to act on Memoli’s recommendations. They failed to ensure that the TMO changed the oppressive way that it treated tenants with appalling consequences at Grenfell Tower.
Board Members on the KCTMO Board were Directors of a Private Company Limited by Guarantee.
That being so, does not mean to say that TMO Board Members cannot be prosecuted for Misconduct in a Public Office. A Court could deem them to be Public Office Holders because they perform duties with regard to the management of local authority housing – and as these very same duties are usually carried out by Councillors and their Officers, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that TMO Board Members could be treated as Public Office holders in the same way as Councillors and their Officials.
